Victorian Valentine Birds Holding Love Letter – Vintage Greeting Card

Three swallows appear to be contemplating their conscription into Victorian romance logistics, hauling ribbons and purple flowers around a flaming red heart like some kind of avian UPS service for the emotionally unhinged. A scroll in the lower left contains a poem so earnest it practically weeps on its own, asking these birds to 'bring my love unto thy breast,' which: wow, okay, setting the bar high for bird-assisted emotional labor.
