Victorian Easter Chicks Anthropomorphic Greeting Card

The overdressed chick seems convinced it is on a mission of profound importance — presenting that 'Easter Joy attend you' note with the solemnity of a diplomatic envoy, despite being suspiciously outfitted in a white bonnet adorned with red berries, gold buttons down its front, and what can only be described as a tiny jester figurine riding its back. The smaller, plain chick appears to have just realized it's being recruited into some kind of Victorian poultry cult. The dressed chick's dead-eyed stare suggests it has seen things, done things, worn bonnets for reasons it cannot disclose. That jester passenger perched on the courier chick's back raises questions that frankly no one is prepared to answer, least of all on Easter morning.
