Victorian Christmas Greeting Card: Children with Lantern & Evergreen

Both children seem utterly convinced they're on a totally legitimate errand: the boy, dressed head-to-toe in cream-white winter separates with a red scarf, hauls a full-sized pine tree over his shoulder while casually holding a lit lantern, because apparently the safest approach to holiday decoration is combining open flames with evergreen branches. His accomplice — a curly-haired girl in a dramatic red coat and matching hat — clutches a sprig of holly and extends the lantern outward with the practiced confidence of someone who has absolutely done this before. In the distant background, a cozy snow-covered cottage glows with warmth, almost certainly belonging to whoever's tree these kids just stole. The script at the bottom reads 'May Jollity and Mirth light up Your Christmas time,' which is doing a heroic amount of PR work for what is essentially a Victorian pine heist conducted by rosy-cheeked sociopaths.
